Sting Memories

Ricky Evans just sent me this video of a take off and landing at Manilla. On the day we were both in Stings and caught a screamer of a thermal right out in front and flew west for about 60km together. Rick's family followed him and took the video as Rick followed me into the same paddock.

Spanish Nationals Day 7

Well today was supposed to be the day of the comp so they set a 167kms task with 3 turnpoints.I launched first and climbed out with Pedro and Blay to 2200m. more . . .

134km triangle for the last day and by most accounts it was far from easy . . .

Day 6 and we have our 3rd task. Dalby - Chinchilla(77km) - Condamine(128). 14 pilots made goal on a reasonably hard day . . .
